Dial: Salmon w alternating gold colored guilt Arabic numerals & Hour markers with Sword hands. Outher 60min. and red colored Tachymeter scale.
Case: Stainless Steel 35 w/out the crown x12 and 18mm lugs.
Strap: Brown genuine Calfskin.
A superb stainless steel manually wound chronograph with 30-minute register. Incorporating one of the finest Swiss chronograph calibres, this is an excellent vintage collectable Chronograph. Like many watchmakers, Ebel used specialist ‘complication’ movement manufacturers for their chronograph mechanisms. In this instance the legendary Lemania calibre 27 movement. Used amongst the industry’s leading producers like Patek Philippe, Vacheron Constantin, Audemars Piguet and Omega, known to collectors as the Omega calibre 321 used in the vintage Speedmasters.
This rarely seen Ebel Chronograph is in excellent original condition for it's 80 years of existence. The Ebel engraved famous Lemania Cal. 27 is working and resetting nicely. The brushed Stainless case with the snap-on back looks unpolished and without visible scratches. A nice piece to own for the collectors of early Chronographs at a very reasonable price.
