Case: St. Steel 38 x13.5 & 20mm lugs. Plexiglass crystal.

This 2447 pre- carrera Heuer triple register Chronograph was the largest at 38mm and most expensive for 285 Swiss Francs in their line up. The silver dial has accumulated some dark patina over the years and most likely from the cracked radium of the hour and minute hands. The case is in very good and unpolished condition with the Case Nr. visible. The Valjoux 72 is working and resetting without any recently known service or repairs. These early Heuer Chronographs are rare and highly desirable to Heuer or any vintage Chronograph collector.
